I have a (two way) compare viewer. Both the left and the right hand side don't show the last line if I scroll down using the
	scroll bar on the right hand side. Scrolling down using cursor keys in an active editor reveals the last line. 

	The last line in my example doesn't contain a line delimiter.

	TextViewer problem. See 1GIFYC7: SWT:ALL - TextViewer.setTopIndex doesn't take horizontal scrollbar into account

	Added workaround for 2.0 on 8/14/2001 until 1GIFYC7 is fixed.
