When you cycle through your changes using accelerators, at the end you get a 
helpful message saying "Last Resource reached".  There are a few issues with 
this prompt:

1. The title says "Goto Next Change".  This wording doesn't match the tooltip 
for the arrows in the toolbar "Go to Next Difference" (nor in the compare view -
which say "Select Next Change").

2. I'm not sure Resource should have a capital R.

3. You aren't cycling through resources, you are cycling through micro changes 
(I don't what the term is) within the resources.
