The next chnage button rings the bell on the last change in a file.  However, 
the next file button does not ring the bell on the last file in a list of 
changed files.

No more 'next file button' in 20020601.
Use global actions 'next difference'/'previous difference' instead.
A dialog is posted at the end (or beginning).
