Build F1

1. Add project from CVS (e.g. org.eclipse.jdt.junit)
2. Delete a package from that project (e.g.
org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.wizards)3. Create a patch from that project
4. Reverse apply the patch
==> finishes very quickly, no classes get added and an error is written to the log
