when apply patches and wanting to quickly review changes it's nice for double click to expand tree items (as in the navigator)

- also would be nice for the up and down arrow tool items to step through ALL the changes so you don't have to go back to the tree and click the itmes there to get the preview of changes.

Bogdan, have a look to see if there is anything we want to do for 3.2. here. If not, move the bug to 3.3.
