Against N20050606-0010.  The hover over an error annotation in the editor offers
"Press F2 for focus".  Hovering over the error annotation box in the overview
ruler provides no such offer.  Minor inconsistency, not important enough for 3.1

+1 for this request. It would be more consistent if (at least) all editor hovers support F2.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
