1. Create a plug-in
2. Create a fragment
3. Create a plug-in component
4. Click "Create Jar.." button or "Create Jar.." from its context menu

Problem Occurred: Unable to delete the directory <eclipse-install-
dir>/workspace/com.example.german.
(Creates jar file and the build.xml file for the plug-in, but, fails
for the fragment)

I used the XYZ plug-in and German fragment as an example.
