IN the perspectives tool bar, click the "Open Perspective" button, we can see 
three perspectives shown, the three are the first three in Select perspectives 
Dialog exculding those being opened.
It will be better and more convinient if show the most recently used three 
perspectives.

This does not happen anymore from the perspective toolbar button. 

But it there is still a strange behaviour when opening the menu Window -> Perspective -> Open Perspective. For me it has no history functionality or alphabetical ordering. It seems like it is random. Sometimes with 1 entry, most times with 2-3 items and sometimes with 6 items.
