I20050509-2000 (M7 test pass)

- open an editor
- open the help view
- focus on editor
- use Ctrl+F7 (window>navigate>next view) to activate the help view

> expected: focus is given to the help view
< actual: the focus is transfered right back to the editor.

it seems impossible to use the help view with keyboard only operation

Fixed in HEAD - please verify in the next build.
