I20050401-1205

1. Attempted to synchronize with CVS.
2. Got a number of errors relating to "resource is out of sync with the file
system". 
3. Refreshed workspace.
4. Suddenly the CVS change annotations showed up everywhere in the package explorer.
5. Synchronized with CVS.
6. Every file is showing up as modified.

I assume this relates to the switch to daylight savings time. The last time I
synchronized (on friday), I was on eastern standard time. My computer moved its
clock ahead an hour for DST and this seems to have confused Eclipse.
