Build 20020129

I used the new self hosting tools to update my binary projects. But nay new 
classes contained in a binaray project don't show up in the all types dialog, 
in code assist or in search. I suspect that the index isn't updated since 
deleting the index and restarting eclipse helps.

the self hosting tool is now part of PDE.
Moving to JCore because of the possible index issue mentione below.
