Currently if you have an anonymous class if you select the class name or click 
anywhere in the class then you have the option to "Convert Anonymous Class To 
Nested".

If you select the whole class or click in the "new" in new X() you don't have 
the option to "Convert Anonymous Class To Nested".

It would be nice if it worked there too.
