It would be great if we could drag and drop inner class file to other class 
file, package or folder and move class file to inner class.

agreed would indeed be nice, in partiular if this is combined with refactorong. 
However, we can't commit to it for 2.0.

This is releated to the requested refactoring for convert inner to outer classes

you can now move inner types to top level and then move them to the destination 
you want.

not by dnd however

No action planned to provide the functionality via DnD too.
