To reproduce on windows
rename the org.eclipse.osgi_3.1.0 to be _org.eclipse.osgi_3.1.0
start eclipse --> you get an error indicating that something is in the log.
Do "Alt-tab" and notice that the icon is incorrect.

Verified. Probably always worked that way.

Checking if we can set the icon of the top window to the one from the exe.
