Description Pascal Rapicault CLA 2005-01-10 09:51:39 EST
In RCP use case, it makes sense to be able to remove the title bar of an editor
(for example if I only have one editor open).
Comment 1 Nick Edgar CLA 2005-01-10 15:47:59 EST
Presentations would have to be enhanced to support this.
Comment 2 Douglas Pollock CLA 2005-01-10 17:54:12 EST
I have no currently plans to provide this as a preference in the editor. (I'm
currently trying to avoid adding new preferences and bloat to the existing
code base.) An RCP application can always modify the presentation to affect
this change.

Adding Stefan, as he might be able to provide some pointers on how to modify
the presentation.

Marking as WORKSFORME, as this is not really my area of expertise (i.e.,
presentations).

I think it's kind of a big hit just to remove this one tool bar. Don't you want
to reconsider that?
If the only solution is by changing the presentation, then adding a new
presentation should be made easier... Maybe should we have a PDE template.
Comment 4 Nick Edgar CLA 2005-01-10 22:09:15 EST
This should work independent of presentations.
Comment 5 Nick Edgar CLA 2005-01-10 22:09:36 EST
I'll take it.

Reassigning bugs in component areas that are changing ownership.

Remy is now responsible for watching the [EditorMgmt] component area.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
