I just noticed I also got errors on several different projects reported in the Problems view that may be related. They go away when I do a Project > Clean > Clean selected projects. Here's an example: Severity Description Resource In Folder Location Creation Time 2 The project was not built due to "Could not delete: /org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part4/bin/org.". Fix the problem, then try refreshing this project and building it since it may be inconsistent org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part4 September 24, 2004 10:54:38 AM I got more errors in the Problems view than I did in the Error Log, and on different projects. When I Cleaned everything I got one additional exception, same as the one above but on a different project. These are not bugs. We dump the stack trace when we encounter CoreExceptions for debug purposes. The errors in the problems view are there to tell you that certain resources could not be deleted... likely because another process had the file open. |
