The request for sharing a project opens a dialog in which you are requested to
review the resources to be shared before committing them.
They are presented with the ASCII/binary property that eclipse decided for each
of them, but if you find that some resources are being shared with the wrong
property, the context menu does not allow to change it.
You have to exit from the dialog, leaving the module mapping active, then from
the   explorer add the resources to version control, change their ASCII/binary
property then commit the whole project.

Silvio is going to address this issue by using the new commit wizard.

Fix released to head. The sharing wizard can now launch the commit wizard after
finishing.
