Content Types are global to the workspace.

Scenario: for project A, I want to add *.pc as C++ file i.e. contentId
"org.eclipse.cdt.core.cSource"  but do not want this to be globaly seen, perhaps
*.pc may mean something different on project B.

Is this possible ?  I did not see any ways to do this in the
contentType API.

We are planning to do this for 3.1.
