The title of the Error Parsers page for managed build should reflect that the 
Binary Parsers tab is there as well. My recommendation is "Error and Binary 
Parsers", or just "Parsers" if that is too long.

Done. Nice wording :-) Dave Williams is going to redo the screen shots and I
