There is now homogenous way to deal with source ranges (AST, Java model, ..). 
To get a polymorphic source range object JDT/UI incorrectly implements 
ISourceRange (I think almost since 1.x). Would be nice if core could provide a 
source range implementation or allow implementation of ISourceRange.
