1.  Our menus are hard to use as you have to select 2 menus (Search For -> All 
Declarations -> Workspace) in order to get anything useful.  Make them 1 
tiered (i.e. Search For References -> Workspace ). 

2.  We need a short cut for Sarch For References -> Workspace.  Control Shift 
G is what the JDT uses and it is quite nice.  Likewise, JDT uses Control-G for 
Search for all declarations.
