Main ToolBar
        NOTE: email sent to graphics designers for help with 5 arrows in 
toolbar that are undiscernable from each other.

	Define action sets for Print/Save and New and navigate and pin editor 
so that users can remove them from the toolbar if desired.
	remove Print from the toolbar by default, but can be added due to above

Marking as WONTFIX.  We can rexamine the menu needs in 3.4 in a new PR when the time comes.
