It would be nice if I could perform a quick fix that adds a new Javadoc tag (Add
all missing tags and companions), edit the text for the added tags and then
return to normal editing. 

Moving to the added tags using the arrow keys is tedious and if I don't do it
right then I might forget to do it at all, since the editor and compiler don't
flag tags without any text.
