I sometimes get trapped in infinite/very long building of project at around 9%.

When I restart eclipse it builds in around 60 seconds.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce, with a reproducible example (if possible)

I don't think it's possible, what I can do is grab some extra informations from the console or other place when that happens with some debug option if that's possible.

This bug is really often.

Also it's probably infinite, after around 30 minutes it was still building. After restart it takes around 1 minute to build.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
