IMO, this bug might be of two parts:
- Currently on Windows I notice 'system' theme looks like a variant of light theme which can be removed. Most likely separate CSS entries for 'system' theme.
- After removing above, we can use 'system' as default theme to launch Eclipse as per OS theme
