currently the generic editor does not set the context ids resulting in inheriting the ones of what is defined for the default TextEditor (see org.eclipse.ui.editors.text.TextEditor javadoc).

To allow targeting generic editor explicitly it should set the id that identifies the generic editor and document that in the javadoc.
