Context: Preference page for "General > Editors > File Associations"

The file type table can contain a lot of file types especially if some tools like PDE, JDT, ADT are installed.

One has to scroll the list down to find the file associations which should be changed. This is annoying.

A filter possibility, e.g. a filter control above the list, might be useful.
Maybe o.e.ui.dialogs.FilteredTree can be used?!
