Lets say .. when I click on File in the menu bar, the options window which opens is not readable under dark theme. Same for all the menu bar options. Please refer the screenshot attached.

Which Eclipse version are you using? It looks like there is a mix of 'old' and 'new' dark styling, which was introduced in Eclipse 2020-09 (4.17). Also which package are you using?

Did you restart Eclipse after the theme switch?
Comment 4 Viresh Singh CLA 2021-07-23 02:29:44 EDT
Yes, I restarted the eclipse after turning on dark theme. Even after after reinstalling eclipse, I got the same result. I am using eclipse Version: 2021-06 (4.20.0) Build id: 20210612-2011

IIRC you require a relative recent Windows version for this styling. Which Window build version do you use?
Comment 6 Viresh Singh CLA 2021-07-23 03:24:15 EDT
I am using Microsoft Windows version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1083).

Dark menu issue is already addressed via SWT bug 562454.
