If a (Field Editor Label) tooltip provides significant help, the user may need to hover a few times to read it all since the tooltip auto-unhovers after about 5 seconds.

Suggest: allow F2 to focus enabling a long read and a textcopy.

Suggest: only unhover after the later of 5-seconds and a mouse move, allowing a stationary mpuse to faciltate a long read.
