Created attachment 286718 [details] screenshot showing pref dialog behind notification ui The Notification ui not enabled but comes on top of modal dialog. Steps to reproduce (at least on Windows?): 1. Open preferences -> General -> Appearance 2. Change theme 3. Press Apply The "Theme change" notification will appear, if you drag the preferences modal dialog around you will see that it is behind the notification, but you can't interact with the notification UI.
