The Indexer throws some exceptions, but I am not sure if those are related to my problem.

Created attachment 285021 [details] Preset filters need to be set again everytime I launch eclipse? I am using Eclipse CDT with a project created by cmake. My problem is that the source directory of my project is a linked ressource and is as such not visible in the project explorer when I open the project. Everytime I start Eclipse and open my workspace I have to deselect the checkboxes as shown in the screenshot to make my source directory visible. Expected behavior: The filter settings are saved workspace or project specific. Actual behavior: I need to go into the dialog each time I open eclipse.
