Extract into fragment is very handy to copy pieces of model so as to paste them in another fragment or application model. 

It works in the application model editor, but it does not work when it is called from the fragment model editor. 

May be we should remove it in the fragment editor and replace it with a simple 'copy' command that could be pasted in any other editor...
