To reproduce:

1. Start Eclipse with GDK_BACKEND=wayland
2. In editor enable "Show revision information"
3. Hover over line# to see diff/revision info
4. The popup window is off to the left extreme of Eclipse window
5. The popup window is blank

This does not happen when using GDK_BACKEND=x11

I'm using sway wm.
