Currently when you make your selection of cleanups you get a preview of the change presented on the right side. There should be more information.
Candidates are

1) minimum java version needed
2) short description about why this refactoring can be useful and when it can go wrong
3) maybe a link to further information 
4) a short code for the category similar to how spotbugs classifies issues like „performance“, „readability“, ... something like this
5) ..

Maybe it is possible to compute after this selection is finished information about which of the selected projects are not covered because of 1) and present a list of details.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
