While the mouse behaves normally in other programs, it does not work in Eclipse. Hence i guess it might be related to SWT?

In Eclipse Java editor:

Neither the wheel-click and drag nor the side-wheel works.

On the side-wheel, the horizontal scrollbar in the editor is flickering, but no scrolling.


In Eclipse package explorer:
the side-wheel and the normal-wheel, both scroll vertically.
