After upgrading from 2019.09 to eclipse-jee-2020-03-R-incubation-win32-x86_64.zip
Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers.

and opening an old workspace, it loads, but for about a minute, the mouse pointer flicker (changes quickly) between the pointer (arrow) form and wait (blue circle) form. During this time "Building workspace" is shown in the status bar.

This only happens when the cursor is arrow formed. If I move it over some text (editor) where it changes to the "I" form, then is no problem.
