I'm using JetBrains Mono in Eclipse, but font ligatures annoy me quite a bit. I'd like to disable ligatures, but Eclipse doesn't offer such option. This is possible in Visual Studio Code, and it'd be great if I could also disable them Eclipse.

If you have installed all the fonts available from the JetBrains page, you should have a non ligatures version of the font. It's called Jetbrains Mono NL. Select it, that should fix your issue.
