Error popup.

After starting Eclipse, at some point I start getting this error.

'Open Call Hierarchy action' has encountered a problem.
An internal error occurred during: "Open Call Hierarchy action".

An internal error occurred during: "Open Call Hierarchy action".
Index: 0, Size: 0

This started when I upgraded went to 4.14
