Here are the list of deprecated formatter JavaCore options missing new way:
 - FORMATTER_NEWLINE_OPENING_BRACE
 - FORMATTER_NEWLINE_CONTROL
 - FORMATTER_NEWLINE_ELSE_IF
 - FORMATTER_NEWLINE_EMPTY_BLOCK
 - FORMATTER_CLEAR_BLANK_LINES
 - FORMATTER_LINE_SPLIT
 - FORMATTER_COMPACT_ASSIGNMENT
 - FORMATTER_SPACE_CASTEXPRESSION

I think these have no equivalent in new story, but this should be said 
somewhere.
