The build failed due to incorrect version update. Need to investigate why the Gerrit build did not catch this

Is it because of 
3.8.000.qualifier instead of 3.8.0.qualifier in o.e.ui.tests.forms' manifest

yes, Need to findout why this has not been caught by gerrit build

Sorry, I used to think we have another ticket for this.

Not really sure. The maven build for platform ui passed with wrong version information. Same thing failed in the official build

Need to investigate.
