The new window menu actions for cycling between editors are missing pneumonic 
characters.

The expectation is that these would normally be used via accelerators.
We were going to hide them from the menus if we could.
If they stay on the menus, we should assign mnemonics.

Switch to Editor has mnemonics in build 20020108
