I stepped up to the 3/18 intergration build, and a lot of my preferences are 
blasted.  For example, the workspace autobuild pref and the PDE target 
platform, just to name a few.  So when I open the workspace the first thing it 
does is build and tell me I have errors :-(.

Which build are you upgrading from?

Nevermind, I see the problem. I refactored some of the code from the instance
preferences and the legacy conversion code is still being called, but its too
late in the process.

Will fix before next week's integration build.

Fixed and released to HEAD. Sorry, I was a bone-head. If you get the next
integration build (or next week's M8 build) it will convert your old prefs to
new ones. (even though you are moving from a previous 3.0 build)
