When doing remote debugging it would be useful to have failed launches added to 
the debug/run history.  Saves having to re-enter all of the necessary 
information when attempting to succeed on a remote launch.

Add failed launch configurations to the launch history.

Problem is fixed with launch configurations - as config is inherently re-used.

Configs can be placed in favorites, and are re-used. A failed launch will not 
be placed in the history automatically, but the user can put it in the 
favorites if they please.
