We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

Never mind.

The project engaged in a successful release review on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Per December 2018 updates to the Eclipse Development Process, release reviews are required only once each year. So no review is required at this time.
