The recently added "Disable insertion triggers except 'Enter'" option does not work when the content assist is invoked in the Debug Shell view. When the option to suppress triggers except "Enter" is checked, the spacebar still triggers insertion when it shouldn't.

The issue also happens when editing conditional breakpoints.

Confirm still present on version 4.14.
