Hi Lakshmi, In which release are we planning to give the solution for this bug? Since macOS Catalina introduced "Auto" mode (where the appearance theme changes dynamically during the day) it seems to be more important. There is no work planned on this currently. *** Bug 571069 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This continues to be an issue on Mac OSX. The only solution I have found so far is to force my machine into light mode and then I am able to use both light/dark themes in Eclipse. If the machine is set to Dark or Auto then the Dark mode seems to have issues picking up the correct theme. (In reply to David Gwyn from comment #5) > This continues to be an issue on Mac OSX. Dynamic switching themes when the system theme changes is not supported, but Eclipse supports both light and dark themes when machine is set to Dark mode. Does restarting Eclipse fix the problem? If not, can you pls provide the steps to reproduce the problem? |
