The Validation View just shows the internal model name of the feature that manifests a problem in the "Structural Feature" column.  It should show the localized name from the model's EMF.Edit bundle.

This could impact automated functional tests such as those implemented with RCPTT, if they select or verify values in the "Structural Feature" column.

The fix is published in the 1.21 M3 build.
