32-bit has not been supported for two releases, and some OS's are not building 32-bit Eclipse anymore. It's time to remove the 32-bit build logic and casts in the source code.

I assume the scripts etc will be updated on demand. Marking as fixed. Please reopen if you need this bug to track the script and tools work.
