If a diagram element is selected, CTRL+C is pressed, pressing the CTRL+V does not insert the copied element into the diagram.

Workaround: after pressing CTRL+C, the user has to deselect the element (e.g. by clicking into an empty area of the diagram) before he/she can insert the copied element to the diagram.

Hint: This feature request could be contradictory to bug 492889

Steps to reproduce:

- Import attached project
- Open the diagram representation
- Select an element
- use keyboard key ctrl+c
- move your mouse on the canva and use ctrl+v without doing any mouse clic.

KO nothing is pasted.
You have to click on the canva with the mouse before doing ctrl+v
