I am using Eclipse Java EE version 2018-09 (4.9.0) on macOS Mojave and the Window menu isn't wide enough to differentiate between the open windows - all that is visible is the start of the path which makes switching between windows a pain.

On Mac OS the Window menu should be wide enough to fit the text.

Other possible fixes could be an option to remove the folders path component of the file name.

Same on Windows 10. Shortening of the window titles does not seem to be platform-specific.

How about shortening the titles, but having the ellipsis points in the middle instead of at the end?
